Details We're bringing back our Trunk or Treat...this time with a Twist. Volunteers are of utmost importance to make the event a success and we have a role for everyone! There's a prep party two days before the event, set up and tear down the day of the event, and plenty to do during the event itself. Take a look below and register to sign up for something that suits you. If you are registering for a role at the event itself, please plan to be there from 3:30 til 6pm. Prep Party (Thursday, October 28 at 6:30pm in Fellowship Hall) - Help us prep for the event on Thursday, October 28 at 6:30 in Fellowship Hall. The more helpers the better! Set Up Team - arrive a couple hours before the event to help, well, set up Tear Down Team - come as the event ends to help clean up and put everything away Welcome Team - give a friendly welcome and help people navigate their way through the event Craft Team - help our younger guests assemble or decorate a craft to take home Snack Team - pop popcorn & pour cider to hand out to guests Candy Runners - keep our trunks filled with candy when they run low Fire Pit Attendants - help build and maintain fires so our guests can roast s'mores Pumpkin Contest check in - help folks get their pre-registered pumpkin checked in for the contest
